Joining forces on the New Perth Stadium project, AR-MA demonstrated their proficiency in managing complex facade coordination across 12,000 square meters. By creating a robust virtual design and construction model, AR-MA was able to detail and align 26 distinct work packages, each posing unique challenges in terms of material systems and structural interfaces. This model became the linchpin for weekly model federations with the team, using custom software to streamline processes.
The meticulous detailing of AR-MA encompassed all components and ensured seamless integration of structural steel, zinc and aluminium cladding, curtain wall, and door suites. The model was further refined to represent as-built conditions (LOD500) and served as the basis for over 4000 2D shop drawings, catering to a diverse local and international supply chain.
